Refund policy
Welding Marketplace Clearance Returns & Refund Policy September 2025
All products sold by Welding Marketplace are clearance items and are final sale. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is:

In an unusable condition (i.e. defective or damaged in a way that prevents intended use), or
-
Significantly different from the condition described in the product listing.
If you believe your item meets the above criteria, please contact us at info@weldingmarketplace.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Welding Marketplace offers a NO exchange policy.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:

The product is unusable or not as described, and
-
No suitable replacement is available.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to lack of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation
Orders placed on Welding Marketplace cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed. However, if a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
